Well, I have bunches of blooms popping today but none better than this. Here is my youngest daughter Halee is going to her 1st prom ever. I had a 9" Sweet Pink bloom open this morning and we used it as a prank for her date. Told him it was his bootaneer.
Enjoy the show.

The Sweetest Pink Bloom From Southeast Texas 4-25
a very beautiful young lady. Too pretty for that...that...BOY...she's with...ROTFL (so thinks the father).
That Hibiscus bloom would have made an absolutely beautiful corsage tho.
Again, both the bloom and the young lady are simply beautiful
Nice photos Robert. Halee is beautiful. There's lots of good genes/genetics going on all over your place.
Jon
Halee looks beautiful! Hope she has fun (but not too much fun!) at the prom.
You have every right to be a proud dad; she is beautiful; love her gown. Thanks for sharing your pictures. Love the outside ones by the pool and with all the green plants/trees in the background. I am surprised you didn't stow away in the trunk to make sure that boy stayed in line. LOL
Thanks y'all he actually had her home by about 11:15 I was WAITING (LOL)
Yeah it always helps when they have to face a dad when they come to pick her up. I'm fortunate in that respect--no daughters just one son and my hubbie and I try to keep a pretty tight reign on him. He's 15 and will BE DRIVING SOON. (not looking forward to that)
When I was a teen, everytime I brought a new guy home Dad would be sitting on the couch cleaning his shotgun...I was 23 before I had a date!!
Halee is beautiful and smart too; she is learning the hibiscus business first hand! :-)
I bet she was just floating in that lovely dress.
Robert you grow pretty hibbies but I think your specialty might be a certain pretty girl. Halee is lovely.
Back by 11:15, huh? he was DEFINITELY concerned about that bat, lol.
Robert,
Your daughter looks beautiful. I love, love, love the femininity of that dress! You have got to be so proud. I have a smile going across, 3 feet white, just in pride for you :)
