Does anybody have this one - it has gold leaves!
I have just been ordering this years clematis ( from a local nursery)and decided this was the year to splurge on this one!

i have it on order. be aware, tho, that any plant with yellow leaves is a plant which genetically does not pick up and use minerals normally from the soil ,and may be a weak plant. just as varigated plant types are not as hardy and vigorous as their non variagated counterparts.
that known, i ordered it this winter as soon as i became aware of it from plants delights and it should be here within the next 2 weeks.
lets keep each other posted as to results with it!
Well it says hardiness zone 4 so I may be wasting my money but I have spotted it last year and didnt buy now could not resist!
I also ordered C. texensis Meinie Belle which is also zone 4.
Oh well it is fun to push the zone a bit and I will have to be careful where they are planted.
