Southern Corn Rootworm on corn roots.

I noticed southern corn rootworm on my corn roots while thinning. How should I treat this? I also have a drip irrigation system that I can inject fertilizer or liquid insecticide if that would be the way to go. I probablly have about 8 - 10, 60' - 80' rows.
