I enjoyed reading your blog. How is the bog garden going? At my old city house downstate I had a pussy willow. I was amazed at how fast it grew. I couldn't keep it from becoming a huge tree. It's a good thing I put it at the back of the yard. I used to cut branches and make trellis out of them and furniture. It roots very easy. Just stick the branches in the ground. I have planted two willows on the other side of our pond. It floods there in spring. They are growing but not as fast as I thought they would. I might buy a few more to plunk down there. Some day they'll make huge trees. It is my husband's favorite tree.

I read about your trials with your MIL. Why don't you join us in the Caregivers forum here at Daves? I have my 93 year old mother living with us. It's nice to have a place to vent or talk to others who are going through the same thing.

How is it going. Well, where do I begin. For one thing it's bigger now. WAYYYYYYYYYY bigger. as in 500 x 300 feet of property bigger.

I'll blog it at that first link today while I drip dry and warm up with Ramen noodles. SOOOO good for me. HA.
