I'd say Song Sparrow.

Lark Sparrow is unstreaked below, and also a larger bird (about same size as White-throated Sparrow)

My book shows the song sparrow with a lot of chestnut brown in the wings, but I see on the Cornell site that that's not always the case. Stupid book with limited space ;-)
