I got a couple of these Grow Bags with blocks of Coir.
Im told this is the rage and how good it is but cannot figure exactly how to use.
Ok I know they must lay flat and be filled with the coir.
but what of drainage?
what exactly can be planted in these things??
re: Any info how to use Grow Bags?
You might want to check out the self-contained box garden forum--many people there use the grow bags with coir.
The grow bag has pre-cut drainage holes. Hydrate the coir with water and it will completely fill the 5 gallon bag. It is then ready to plant in. The soft flexible plastic bag is simply a cheaper replacement for the harder plastic nursery pots or other more expensive types of 5 gallon containers.
thanx!
