shirley is your kullus up? i went fishing in my hole today, even tho kullus is 4 years old for me, it keeps disappearing after springing for the every year, i found it , deeply planted. i lifted it up a bit and lightened the soil, maybe it is going to surprise me this year. my first year was best with kullus, it comes up vigorous and just poops out.
my lemon chiffon looks like RIP. i will not try her again, as that was number 2.... if she does not come up.

Yes, thanks, so much for arranging for the Sticky, guru.

I checked the new Sticky just today looking for good organized info on how to choose, plant, prune clematis.

It looks like the best info of this kind so far is in one or two of the DG Articles mentioned in the Sticky.

So I hope one of the Clematis fanatics who frequents the forum will supplement and share additional info, wisdom, and tips (as I know they love to do!).

I was going to Tag some of the info from that (verboten) thread but it disappeared on me! (-:

Many thanks. t.

Yes, of course, Terry does a terrific job of overseeing DG forums. Always has, and it,s most impressive. Thanks again!

And I see there is another thread organizing additional good info for another Sticky and that is wonderful, too!

I had my first clematis bloom today so now I am officially a member of this forum !
