Dinner tonight, Devil's Ears

This is the best lettuce I've grown, nothing bothered it and I think it's a fascinating looking plant.

We're going to have this for dinner tonight. :)

Thanks, Karen. I might just grow this one exclusively since no bugs liked it. Really a carefree plant.

It's really good with a little shreded cheese, some green onion chopped up in there and a few dribbles of Ranch dressing.
