I had never had brisket until we moved to Texas and while I love it I haven't had the best luck cooking it...getting better but still not something that knocks my socks off. I'm doing a party at the end of May in which I'll serve brisket, BBQ chicken, smoked links along with cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans, corn and fresh tomato, cucumbers etc..
I'm in desperate need of hints, tips and recipes.
