I got 4 pots, 2 to a pot of Nugget Hops. They are just starting to break ground. I want to plant them on a fence line of cattle panel. to make a screen for the summer.

I am wondering ow far apart should I plant them, is there anything else I can plant with them? Stuff like that.

The directions on my sheet that came with my hops said I could plant them 5' apart.

Don't know what else to plant with them except maybe some barley :)

I am using mine as a fence cover so I think I am going to plant lavender and rosemary with them to deter the deer,
