cat spray may cost me a fortune

Dahlonega, GA

Good grief , I have a rental trailer that we've taken the floor out of in the hall due to a water pipe leak. It's been sitting like that for a coupla months while we worked on other projects .There is a tear in the undercloth that went undetected that a ferrel tomcat has been going in and came up through the floor. I went down yesterday and like to have fallen over with the odor when I went in.I have just painted, and new appliances, carpet, furniture , and plastered the walls. New paint inside cabinets , inside and out , and new paint on ceilings.
I'm going to have to take out the insulation in the floor that I can get to ,then replace. What can I do to get rid of the odor ? This is a hugh setback in work and lost rent until I get it liveable again .I don't know if he sprayed the new furniture and mattress or what , but you can see the yellow on a plastic bag in the hall where he came up through the floor, and an arm protector from the couch was drug to the hole in the floor. I did all that work last year and am at my wits end .Help ! digger
