It's not too late. But do it now.
Make sure the hydrangea gets plenty of shade and water.
Best time to transplant are late September/early October and late January (in your area)
TY! I think I might better wait until fall on these. I don't want to take a chance on the Lady in Red. She's too pretty, and today I think I saw some buds on her. She's doing so well!!!
