The S. farinacea we've been passing around the RUs have been Augusta Duelberg (white) and Henry Duelberg (blue). Found growing in an old cemetery on the graves of the names above. Both were showier specimens then the native, cultivated and put into commerce. I have no idea if the Duelbergs were gardeners, but very sweet that their names live on in such a way :0)
oh well dang I am suppose to be in town too but the gal hasn't called me yet either
one of the drivers wants to practice for the bus rodeo next sat in nac, and I told her I would help her and set up the course.
suppose to call me here soon so we can be in town by 8 to start but doug will be here or call me and see where I am

Hey, Phyllis, if you have extras of the mealy-cup, will you save me one? It's one of the few things that is really happy in my hell spot out by the street. Last year it bloomed white, but this year it's just as blue as it can be. But the soil is too bad out there for me to get any seedlings from it.
I got an August Duelberg (sp?) at one of the RUs too. They're both really pretty.
you got it and I'll bring it to the RU too
Thanks!
