Wow, This one is a hard one to come by, I couldn't find a thing on the net about it. Saw one photo, was really nice.

Where did you hear about t his plant at nymegen?

Well ,it started all out when I bought this book called Tropicalismo by Pam Baggett, saw this plant on page 118 and the author calls it Mirabilis Baywatch, what I could not find at all. But you know how it goes with plant names,I think it also goes by the name of M. Longiflora, since she describes as growing 6 feet tall and with white tubular flowers. .And since you can save the tubers I thought this would be a great plant to save for the next gardening season,so it would really be a mature specimen for the second growing season.I was able to get some seeds through a seed exchange ,but the germination rate was very poor.Just hoping somebody was growing this.See how careful you have to be with buying books, you might end up looking for stuff that is almost impossible to come by.LOL BB

There were 5 people who posted pictures. You could always try contacting them to see if they have any seeds.
