Bar Cookies?

I was asked about a lemon bar cookie recipe back in a thread for cakes. I wanted to keep the thread clean, so I am starting a new one. Anybody else have any good bar cookie recipes?

This is a good one and an old family favorite.

LEMON SQUARES


CRUST:
1c. flour
¼ c. pwd. Sugar
½ c. butter

Mix together and pat into 9x9 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:
2 eggs
3T. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
½ teaspoon baking pwd
3 T flour

Mix and pour on top of baked crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.


I like to zest a lemon and add that to the filling when I am making this recipe.
