Bulblets on forced bulbs

Is there any way to save tulip and/or daff bulbs that were forced in water? The foliage died back pretty fast, the bulbs are still firm, and they all have little bulblets on them with green shoots. Maybe a way to keep the "babies"? If not it's no biggie, just hate throwing out the little baby plants. They're in those glasses from Costco and have been kept watered.

Most sources say the bulbs can't be saved if they're forced in water. I've never tried it, so I don't know from personal experience. Couldn't hurt to stick them in the ground and see what happens though.

Thanks, that's what I'd read too. I might put them in a pot and see if the babies put up some shoots to gather good stuff for next year. The parent bulbs' leaves have already bit the dust. The one hyacinth that came with them isn't brown at all, just a little curly, so it's definitely going in the dirt ☺
