I need your ideas and your help, Please

(I have also posted something on the Sustainable Alternatives Forum).

Some community leaders here want to put on a Sustainability Fair...and instead of getting vendors to come to sell products, they want ideas and concepts to be shared: on composting, growing vegetables, raised beds....all the stuff you all know so well and share. I have told this group that I will find 'ideas' for them... Can you help....

...by posting links to concepts you use...or explaining the concepts? We have Bokashi and hydroponics covered...but there is SO much more....

Compost definately. My husband and I have cut down the amount of trash we send out by about half. There are a lot of great articals on DG on how to compost. If you search the articals pages you'll get some great stuff =) The very basic explination is to help organic matter decompose.
