They are in the greenhouse, but tendrils do escape through the cracks to the outside. I think its the variegated publicalyx. There are 6 hoyas that grow up that wall and they travel all over so I don;t always know whose blooms go with whose stems, LOL
They sure look like happy, healthy hoya's, whichever they are!
You do mean a variegated carnosa right.... - like Rubra? Although a variegated pubicalyx sounds neat, I've never heard of one ! ^_^
Looks like 'Krimson Princess' - one of the H. carnosa cultivars.

LOL I never keep up with names anymore, except for the big ones. My Hoya imperialis "Pink Pearl" is setting blooms, THAT one I know which one it is!!!
