I beleive this might be a Sandpiper, Willet. Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

Just love watching these little shore birds running in and out with the waves.

Would this be a Plover of some type?

I believe these are Cormorants, as I said I'm not that good at IDing so don't hesitate to correct me. There was a huge flock this is just a few. They would take off in huge groups and move down the shore line.

Then there was the diving show.

Ric, gave me a new camera a couple of years ago, much better than the last one. But they were still a reach for me.

Nice pics Holly!

The one you thought was a Plover is a Sanderling.

Thanks Pel,

First three pics are a Willet, then a Sanderling, then Double-crested Cormorant flock, then several pics of Northern Gannets (mainly white adults, and browner immatures 1-2 years old)

I thought I saw Gannets. Sorry had to run out and fill the feeders. :-)

Thanks Resin, wasn't sure about the diving birds.

Enjoyed your pictures. That was a nice shot of the dolphins as well, on your other thread.
