Well, since I probably don't get the same deals in my area that your stores may have- thought I'd show you my score that I brought home today. I got these for $15 each- variegated crinum lilies. They need some TLC, but I can handle that!

$15? wowzers, dbl wowzers, I just saw the regular greens with that thick of a trunk for $150! When I first got my purple one, I paid $30 and the trunk was about 1" in dia. You did wonderful. But not at a WM, wast it? If yes I'm moving to WPB, lol

I'll check my wally world but the only good thing I saw recently was Wallflowers and Persian Lilacs in 1 gal pots. Already have a Persian Lilac...bought the wallflowers of course but not noticing much scent so they may be taken back.
Remember ladies, birthday wishes are never belated and I'm always thankful for them--everyone should. They're the kinda thing you can "bank" and use for those bad hair days.
No, it wasn't from Walmart. I was out visiting nurseries and from the writing on the wall that place probably won't be in business this time next year. Not fertilizing, poor soil, poor quality, nothing going on.......I felt good about scooping up those plants b/cause I know they will at least be in good hands now. They had about 4 or 5 types and I was tempted to get more, but I want to wait until there are blooms on them.
Sorry about those naughty wallflowers, Chantell. Did you threaten them? I ask DH all the time- Honey tell it to flower, NOW.

F4F - they're blooming...it's just I don't notice much of any scent to them. Could be a "new and improved" type - read: loss of old standby scent or our weather's been cool and maybe they want the warm and humid conditions...who knows...
