Can you help me decipher what this means?
For a few weeks now I've noticed that when I click on a link, it seems that something gets stuck and nothing happens. If I click on the link again, then I get directed to the page.
Today I just waited it out to see what would eventually happen. After about two minutes I got this message:

Does this indicate a looming hardware problem?
