I would like some ideas as to how to season rice to make a nice pilaf. I have cooked some brown rice and we will have pork tenderloin for our main entree but how to season the rice would be helpful. I was going to refry it and add some sauteed onion, mild red pepper, mushrooms. I cooked the rice in chicken broth and bay leaves. But what kind of seasonings do you recommend? TIA Joann
