Love the titmouse

Lakewood, NJ

Hello all! I'm so glad I found this site. Now I can see some wonderful pictures from other bird watchers have taken! It is so addicting!

Here, in NJ, I have so far taken pictures of titmouse, chickadee, pine warbler, yellow breasted warbler, robin, bluejay, cardinal, house finch, purple finch, golden finch, red bellied woodpecker, several other woodpeckers, cedar waxwing, many different sparrows including the beautfiul fox sparrow, white breasted nuthatch, american and turkey vultures, red tailed, Cooper, and sharp-shinned hawks. I can watch the titmouse all day though! I call him my little "clown".

He's a cutie. I love that slight buff coloring he's got. Hope we get to see more of your photos.

They are little clowns and a big favorite of mine! Welcome Laynie!

Thank you for the "welcome" pelletory and ducbucln. You will definitely be seeing more of my pictures. I have so many, but I wasn't sure how many I should put up... so I'll go slowly! :)

Here is another "funny" bird who visits my feeders all the time... Mr. Nuthatch.

Nice pic Laynie! I used to have both types of Nuthatch in my yard (White-breasted and Red) but I haven't had any for quite a while. Their such sweet birds.

Here is a soaking wet Titmouse. I have a pair that visit this feeder most days.
