Cuyamaca College. It is specifically designed for Horticulture students in California, but the characteristic sheet for each plant is nicely detailed. I particularly like that it shows photos of the flower, leaves, bark, etc. for each plant, then has a characteristic sheet to click on. Below is an example. On the website, the boxes that are checked are in red, which makes for quick reading.
