ID for Caterpillar (What Kind of Butterfly?)

Bronson, FL(Zone 9a)

Have seen a few of these caterpillars lately. On blueberry bushes and lily plants. After taking pictures, I 'relocated' them to another area in the yard.

Does anyone know what kind of butterfly it makes? (If a butterfly at all).

Thanks,

I've seen a few of those here in my garden. I'll bump this up for more viewers.

Hi Lily,

Thank you for your post. Just wondering if anyone in this group knows what kind of caterpillar this is?

I can't see the colors of the cat real clear but I honestly think it looks like what we call common tent caterpillars around here.

I suspect the tussock moth's relative? Since I had seen one last spring, the I.D. wasn't conclussive, but this particular one is more colorful -- green/blue with lots less hairs than the Eastern Tent caterpillar I usually see in the garden.

Naturelover1950 is correct, this maybe the tent caterpillar. Thanks NL1950.
