I have an HP PSC 1410v which was working. Since I renewed my virus protection with Trend Micro a few weeks ago, I cannot get the printer to print from the Internet, Example: print a recipe from a cooking site. If I copy and paste the recipe to notepad and print it out from there it will work, but it is not in the original format. I have plugged and unplugged the printer, turned the computer off and plug and unplugged. Can't seem to put my finger on the problem.
When I do go to print from a site that has a "print" button the printing window for my printer will show up and when I click on print the window disappears and nothing happens.
Any other ideas I can try?
Help with printer.
