I think a little teasing is in order..........how does one lose their own hybrids they worked so hard to get?????????

Jim, I have an extra Royal Trina plant grown from a leaf you sent that I can send to you.

I put it in the back and forgot about it,thought my matting would work but i see i have to keep a good eye on things,i am sick about it but you know what i lose all kinds of things,i lost a few of my hybrids, good thing i share with you and goldleaf and others,,id never have my own hybrids around

I hear that is called plant insurance!

That strep is a beautiful color!

I've had a awful time with losing streps that last few months. I've started just top watering and everything is doing much better, spring might be good too. With all this rain and cool weather, haven't had enough sun to warm up the room and I think the plants are staying wet longer. I'm taking the mat out of all my flats that I have streps in. Course, summer and too much heat things will go the other way, they'll be too dry too often. tish

Glad Goldleaf has one for you now................mine will be ready for leaves when the time comes....

Tish,
I just wicked my Streps. and AVs for the first time and I check them about four times a day.I am totally paranoid about wicking, because I have always had success with letting any Gessie dry out a little before watering.
Jim,
I didn't realize many of your plants were your own hybrids. How great is that!
