Poppies in Houston

Anyone successfully grow poppies here? These three are in a co-op that is coming up and really like them, but was curious if anyone here grows them.

No, unfortunately not. They're a cool season annual in the south, seeds are sown in the fall. They're just now blooming around Texas, I doubt the plugs will be big enough to give you a good show before the heat kills them. Sorry :0(
