Bath time

This Fox sparrow just arrived from his winter vacation, and needed a bath, to freshen up.

Found a puddle and started wetting himself.

Ruffled his feathers , for deep soaking.

More splishing and splashing.

Oh, missed a spot, more soaking.

Is it wet enough?

Thinking about it.

Naw , need more water under chin.

Now this should do it.

Forgot behind the ear.

Needed a good washing.

Feel all refreshed.
