I am hosting a brunch in 3 weeks. I have this idea to serve polenta from the crock pot and offer fruity type toppings along side. I have never cooked polenta but I want to try something diff. then quiche, altho there will be a quiche. I think serving self from the crock pot will help w/ the casual/nice affair. Free advice is being accepted!
