Also, I am always looking for squash seeds (winter or summer), large jalapeno pepper seeds, colored bell peppers, and Roma tomatoes. I am open to about any trade - make offer!! ; ) I hate to see these guys go to waste!

Dana,

I have some jalapeno seed saved from last year. However, I did not know to bag the blossoms for the seed, and my other peppers were fairly close to the jalapeno. I've started some, and the plants are very vigorous, outgrowing almost all my other pepper varieties. Last year's jalapenos were marvelous. They were plants purchased from a local greenhouse, with no variety information -- just jalapeno on the label. The pods were thick walled and very dark green with the leathery cracks that some consider to be a very desirable trait. By my taste buds they were very hot, as jalapenos go. One medium one with 3 large tomatoes made a zippy pico de gallo. It's a gamble on whether the seeds will bear true, but I'm willing to send you some.
