This is absolutely one of the worst 'April Fools' jokes I've ever heard of! Franny is right about the need for punishment for the author; however, I'd cover the idiot in honey and stake him out on an ant hill. See for yourself. The very true and not-so-funny part is Franny's note that 85% of cats euthanized are kittens. PLEASE spay and neuter your kitties!!
