Can you ID this?

Gainesville, FL

I think that this is some form of monstera, but I am not certain. It started out as a tiny little plant cutting that I can;t remember where I got it. (Good so far, huh?) It climbed up this totem over 8 ft and has leaves ONLY at the very top. The other leaves were shed as the stem progressed. The stem is not as thick almost as a hot dog. I figure between Lari Ann and Brian WIlliams, someone will know what it is so I can make a tag.

Monsteras are hard to ID their are a ton of forms and variations of species. The habit you have here and the look on the leaf reminds me of a larger growing species I have called Monstera peruviana if you new were it came from which country and area it would be easier to ID. In a lot of cases even experts have a hard time IDing this and similar groups of aroids

Thanks for trying, Brian! I appreciate it. If I remember, this came in a box of cuttings from a trade with someone in South or Central FL.

Don't know if this is any help but it looks a bit like my Epipremnum pinnatum.

Anacortes, WA

I don't know the botanical name we just call it the swiss cheese philo. Google swiss cheese philodendron and see what you think.

No, this is a totally different, large growing Aroid with a different growth habit that Monstera obliqua or Monstera deliciosa (the so-called "Swiss Cheese" plants).
Nor is it Epipremnum pinnatum, which I have growing in another location in the GH.
I thought it might be Monstera dubai but am not sure

Louisville, KY

Monstera Dubia will not have the veins like your species and it is a shingler when young with silver streaked leaves these change into similar leaves like you have once grown out but the ripples in the leaves are not their.

Here is a picture of Dubia going from juvenile form to a more mature leaf.

Okay, not dubia. I guess its a mystery

Louisville, KY

Monstera adansonii is what I think it maybe. Their is a few different forms.

Here is were I am drawing my conclusions from.
