Wow! What a welcome....thanks everyone

I am in the middle of the cornfields..literally...in Iowa. Arlene (TwinLakesChef) invited me to this site. I think we could have talked for hours. What a wonderful lady. I am a master gardner and have a ton of interests. My husband and I are opening a ceramic business on our acreage. We actually constructed a 60'x24' building for this and we'll also feature my art work, and crafts. I send military prayer patches, which I designed, which are small 3x5" blue and white with a heart and a prayer attached for their safe return. I went on Wishing for a hero and in 15 hours received orders for over 400 patches to be sent out. I am very active in my church and community and am always looking for someone to help. I am a piano teacher with 15 students. I love every one of them...wrong notes and all. My husband works for a company that makes mostly vetenarian medicines. He's been with them for over 15 years. I can't wait to meet all of you at the round up this year. I will have our business opened next year so you can come and visit. I'll see you all on various threads.

Oh, welcome to DG and I wish YOU had been my piano teacher! My piano teachers never loved me. Boo-hoo. That's why I'm not a pianist today. I had to get an MMus in Theory and Analysis instead because I couldn't play anything except my brain. Enjoy yourself here!
