Cuban cookbook arrived

I ordered a (used)cookbook Memories of a Cuban Kitchen and it has arrived. I got the idea after watching the 2 seasons of DEXTER ( HBO) on dvd last month. Takes place in Miami and the characters are frequently eating cuban sandwiches for lunch. Time spent online researching that sandwich and I ended up ordering this book. Any cuban cooks out there in DG land?
