white flies
White flies are pretty sensitive to soap spray. You need to spray underneath the leaves, and it is best too spray when it is cool and they are slow and sluggish. Repeated sprays may be needed, for example every 4 or 5 days to catch the flies at the right time in the cycle. Soap spays are phytotoxic to some young plants (tomatoes) but otherwise pretty easy and safe.
Neem works, but more slowly, over several days to couple of weeks. Yellow sticky traps are good for monitoring but insufficient for control. Various other sprays will also work and I will use permethrin sometimes, rarely carbaryl.

the worm casting tea helps with aphids two. "whitebear"
oh and give it about a week or two. the bacteria in the tea eat their ectoe skeleton so it take a little bit. the the other flies will stay away.
