I'd like to try some hardy hibiscus in a sunny area of my yard along the fence as a partial screen (close neighbors all around). I just started gardening this year and don't have anything too exciting or great quantities yet but am willing to trade what I have - morning glory (Grandpa Otts and basic, run of the mill pinks, blues and whites all mixed together - people should be more like MG vines :), nicotiana, portulaca, Impatiens balsamina, petunia and marigolds. I have a tropical hibiscus planted outside (before I knew what it was). It's done great over the summer but will need to try to move it back into a pot to take inside for the cold Iowa winter. I don't know how to do cuttings (or if that's a good plant to do it from) but I'd be willing to learn. If you have hardy hibiscus seeds for trade or SASE I'd really love some!
Hardy hibiscus, please!
