OK I have a few plants I live in IL. I brought them inside I want to no if this is what happens and will they grow again

They look badly dehydrated. I would repot them and start fertilizing. Give them heat and TLC.

They do lose their leaves over the winter, that is normal.

and i would keep the soil free of dead leaves and stuff during the winter.
