North CENTRAL TX RU **April 5th ** in ARL>> (FOOD THREAD)
I will bring a case of water and some kind of meat dish. Maybe I can talk DH into some ribs. If not, either grilled or fried chicken.
I will bring Tea, Ice, and Italian Sausage Casserole.
Josephine.
I will have ice, case of bottled water, and a relish/veggie tray.
I have the napkins and the salt and pepper covered!
I will also bring coleslaw.
Lizzy
I only have so many edits per day, so I will add items this evening.
I will bring all of the paper plates and 2 bags of rolls.
Carla
I will bring serving utensils, and napkins, I will get back to you what my guests will bring.
I'll bring 100 plastic cups and 3 2-liter soft drinks: Coke, Diet Coke, and Dr. Pepper.
Ok...I have plugged in to this point. I added extra napkins and plates, forgetting that we eat all day! LOL!
OK, DH Brett has generously offered to prepare his tomatillo salsa with chips and corn casserole for us. The children will bring a box to trash bags. ;) Stacey
I will bring roasted vegetables on rice.
I have the extra napkins.
Sheila, DH has replied that it would be too hard to make ribs for as many people as we're expecting. He said that he would instead smoke either a very large brisket or two normal-sized ones. I'll bring sauce for it too.
Thanks Lizzy.
Pattie....Oooh that sounds even better; thank him for us please.
Stacey....I love the salsa and chips, and Anna the veggies on rice sound delish!
I will transfer the last entries in a little bit.
Pattie, keep in mind that each dish doesn't have to feed the entire group, that is is why we have 5 dishes of each kind. It would be too costly for any one person to have to feed the entire group at the cost of food these days.
Josephine.
One of my guests will bring Dessert
I will bring a salad and a dessert.
Come on Everybody, we need more main dishes side dishes and desserts, the time is short now, so we need to get it covered.
Josephine.
Hey there everyone....please make sure you are confimed on the FINAL HEADCOUNT THREAD too, time is getting short.

Sarah
I'll bring some fried chicken (home-made by the Colonel, not me), some rolls, and some goldfish and crackers for any little ones who may be about.
