Pond vacuum cleaners

Windham, ME(Zone 5a)

Is there anybody out there in the NE,that has one of these,I looked around on the internet and found the prices too be very expensive ($500)I have a backyard pond ,about 250 gallons that could use a good cleaning. Can you rent these somewhere ?Or do you know someone that I can barter with for the use of it for an afternoon?

Try local koi clubs. I bought the Oasis 3 and it was on sale at Fosters. I just went to their site and they had this one on sale.

It has a similiar feature to the one I bought that it automatically empties itself when full. I like this feature a lot. Another way to clean a small pond might be a wet vac but you will have to stop and shut it off a lot to empty it.

Thanks very much ,I will try both options you gave me

Go to www.the pondguy.com. they have pond vacs in several sizes and one that is under $35.00, it attaches to your garden hose. GREAT
