I just had to share this with the bulb community. It is called Ms Lucy. It is suppose to be a rare triple Lily and I just fell in love with it. Mine is in the mail and I can't wait to get it.
Ms Lucy
Wow that is pretty. Where did you find oen at, if I may ask. Nevr seen a triple before.
I found it at QVC believe it or not. It is from Roberta's Garden, and QVC is the only place they sell their plants. I bought so much, but everything was so beautiful.
Well, fudge, I don't have cable tv, so I don't get QVC. It sure is pretty and I bet ya can't wait to get yours. : )
I am soooo looking forward to it.

Thans Synda. Didn't know they was on the puter too. I really behind the times. : )
Guess I was tired. I didn't even think about the website. Thank you synda for looking it up and sharing.
You can always help, especially me with the tired brain and long hours at work. It was so appreciated.
Miss Lucy is not that new. It has been around for about five years. In fact there are a bunch of other double/triples also. Look on the North American Lily Society website under what's new October 1, 2007. http://www.lilies.org/whatsnew.html
I have had Miss Lucy for a couple of years.
Oh, they are really beautiful. I know I had never seen anything like them. Thank you so much for the link. One thing about DG, you really get an education, especially from people, such as yourself.
Thank you again
Rhonda
Oh.. Oh.. Maniac. Are you doign some enabling? ; )
I amjust learnign to grow them this year. Gonan giv eit a try anyways, and am easily turned by a pretty face, but have always loved doubles especially in my Daylilies and so gotta have me some of these doubles and triple lilies now that I done seen them.
No enabling... just educating... LOL
Mainiac, are any of those fragrant? Do they multiply quickly?
Orientals are fragrant. They are short lived in my climate as our season is short. I can't really say how quickly they multiply. Most are not very tall.. About 24-30 inches.

They're very pretty. I have some orientals that are fragrant but I was just wondering if the doubles (triples) still retained that fragrance.
I love the scent of orientals in the summer. Mmmmmmm.
What beautiful flowers. You are very lucky to have all of them. I can almost smell them they seem so close
Actually, I don't have Candy Floss just yet but it is coming this spring. It is just coming to market...
You have a wonderful start at the collection then
You are going to get me in SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH TROUBLE>
Lead me not into temptation.....I can find the way myself.

Thank you Mainiac, you are a beautiful person who knows how to share beauty.
I've got to jump in here instead of lurking....Mainiac is a wonderful sweet Lady who knows her lilies. If you like what you see then you can order from her through this website.....I have bought many lilies from her here and will buy many, many more im sure.
She won't enable you....I will! ^_^

I somehow missed it, thank you. Got it ordered.
Do the double lilies require staking? Are the blooms so heavy that they flop over?
They aren't very tall and I don't recall having to stake them.
Maybe Miss Lucy is not the newest but it sure is pretty. I just ordered some for this spring.
I ask about the staking because one catalog I was looking at them, it said repeatedly that they will need to be staked. I figured the weight of the double petals must pull them down. However, some of my lilies have super sturdy stems. Seems like if they could hybridize one that had that strong stem, it would be a real winner. I may try these when I do my ordering for fall.
