I thought this might be interesting to some of you. If you don't know the TED site, it has some fascinating stuff.

What they've done with the building and the stats he quotes are encouraging - but I gotta say, you know if someone is wiping down all those leaves each day, it's a bet they don't pay union wages, eh?
