I had bought a garden treasures 210GPH pump in sept 07 and it died on me last month.. I was lucky enough to get a bigger and better one on clearance at Lowes but just never threw away the dead pump( guess I had hopes that it would suddenly come back to life and work again...lol. silly I know.) anyway Im reading the info sheet on my new one and they have the warrenties listed for all the models and it turns out my dead pump was still under warrenty. Whoo Hooo!!!!. I called the company, got a return auth number and they are sending me a brand new one upon receipt of my old pump.. no arguring or 20 questions, just a simple yes its covered.send us the pump and a copy of your reciept and we will replace it for you.. It took me longer to find the reciept than to make the phone call ..lol..I love customer service like that!!! I did have to pay shipping for it going to the company but its still cheaper than having to buy a new pump and it leaves me with a back up if I ever need one
