It'll be a Carolina Chickadee in Columbus, OH, not Black-capped Chickadee. The pic confirms this from the lack of pale fringes on the wing feathers.
The dividing line between Black-capped (north of the line) and Carolina (south of the line) runs roughly Canton - Mansfield - Findlay - Fort Wayne, IN.

Do some of them have a blue tint to the wings and backs?
