CLOSED: Heart Borken!

Central, AL(Zone 7b)

We have a portrait glass window facing west, in the afternoon - evening sun perhaps the light reflection was responsible for this terrible thing, this rarely happens but it does from time to time. Birds flew straight into the glass window and my heart breaks!

That's a shame Lily. It's a Cedar Waxwing.

Perhaps, the bird doesn't eat seeds? I haven't seen it at the bird feeder. Anyone can help I.D. the beautiful bird please. Also, will someone tell me of those stickers that I can post on the window to prevent this accidence from happening again. Many thanks.

No they don't eat seeds. Usually berries and bugs.

Have you ever tried these stickers?

Pelle, thank you. I've seen those stickers said to prevent birds from flying into glasswindow. Would they be effective?

They have worked very well for me. Look around on the net to see who has them for the best price.
