CLOSED: Can you tell what this is from 2 lousy pics?

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

When these two tiny birds twirled around each other and landed in the crepe myrtle, I thought they were sparrows. Then I wasn't so sure. I took two horrible shots and then waited, hoping they would come to the pond for a drink and bath where I could get a better picture. They left. Can you tell from these pictures what they were?

This one is behind the green blurry plant on one of the branches of the crepe myrtle.

Warbler, possibly Yellow-rumped, but pics not good enough to say anything definite! Realistically, Unidentified Flitting Objects.

LOL! We do have our share of UFOs in Texas! I was leaning toward yellow-rumped too. Oh well -- unknown warbler it is.

It most likely is a YR Warbler. I've had tons of these guys in the tops of the trees in the woods behind my house. I live a stones throw from you.
