How do I get more branches on this little tree? I started from seed last year and it bloomed. It lost all it's leaves in the winter but is starting to leaf out now. How long will it look like just a stick?

I don't know how a seedling should be treated, but adults plants always look their best when given a good chopping before new growth starts, that's how you get a nice full, rounded bush. I don't know if a small seedling can handle that or not though.
