Show us your newly planted windowboxes!

I'd love to see what you've planted in your windowboxes this year! What plant combinations are you trying new, or old standbys. What are your favorites??? And Brand new varieties planted!!!:)

Sorry I don't have pics, I'm starting my seeds late this year. I'm thinking of planting some type of mint or other herb plus pelargoniums for my windowbox outside my 6 ft. living room window. I'll take a pic then.

Springtime is always an inspiration, please share what's in you neck of the woods.

It's too early here to plant my window boxes. I have some violas that I'd like to put in the boxes if the weather ever lets me. Right now my boxes still have evergreens in them. I'd like to get the violas planted in the boxes by Easter dinner.

Too early here too! We are still getting skiffs of snow, and dancing around 30° at night.

I'll post photos when we get going better.

Pastime and Highmtn, I glad to know that somebody's looking at my thread. I thought sure I posted in the wrong forum. I'll be planting my windowbox in a couple of weeks, annuals and maybe corsican mint.

Much Sunshine,

I really can't do much until May. I used Caladiums last year in my north window box along with white Impatiens. I tried to brighten up that dark corner of the house. Never took any pictures though. Will take some this year.

I really LOVE Caladiums, but I never have much luck getting them to come up. I have bought them started before and really enjoyed their wild colors!

White caladiums and white impatiens WOW there's a combo I'll try. We plant in May too.Oregonians are lucky with their zone along the Japanese Currant.

I love caladiums, and they give a lot of color to shady places, but I'm thru planting anything I have to lift every year.
