Oops, Sorry folks, i didnt realize i should have intro'd myself. My name is Vencie and i am suffering from gardeners withdrawal. This site has been a blessing in helping me to get some kind of garden fix. I am from TX, but was living in N GA for several years. We had a Native American center in the foot hills of Cherokee country. Last Aug. we made a move to our daughters farm in the back roads of OK. Didnt get to have a garden last year due to the move. This Feb, we took a house sitting job that lasted until the end of this month in TX. So didnt get to plant anything this year. We are moving back up to OK in two weeks. Finally! Guess it is too late now to plant anything for this fall. But wait till next spring!! I will be in gardeners heaven with my own little piece of dirt to work with, and plan to have lots to trade next fall. I would like to be in contact with gardeners from OK, i know i will probably need some advice along the way being a new area for me. I am so blown away by the winds! No pun intended, well maybe a little. I love birds, horses, dogs, and all animals & plants. I enjoy making crafts with items from nature. I have already made a few seed trades and just want to say that i am so happy to be a part of such a great group of generous, friendly folks. Keep up the good work! Happy Gardening!
