I planted some horseradish last Fall and dug up what I thought was the resulting plant. Thing is, the blooms on this plant are yellow, not white as I expected. Everything else looks correct - leaves, the form of the bloom, roots, etc.
I want to be sure it is horseradish before I eat it!
Thank,
Barb
Horseradish blooms
If you check a piece of root, I am sure you'll be able to tell. :)
It's tempting...trust me. ;)
